INTL Construction is a New Orleans–based general contractor licensed in both commercial and residential construction. Our work centers on three things: historic renovation and preservation, high-performance new construction, and service-industry commercial buildouts.

We build in the city we live in, and few cities ask more of their builders. Whether it’s preserving a 19th-century façade, detailing a building envelope against the Gulf South’s heat and moisture, or opening a restaurant on schedule, each demands a different kind of rigor. We bring the same standard to all three: build smarter, build to last.

Pre-Construction Services

Where every successful project starts. We take you from concept to a buildable, priced plan before construction begins, so decisions get made on paper, where they're cheap, instead of in the field, where they're not.

01 — Site & Document Review: Review existing drawings, photos, and site conditions. Walk the property with architect and owner.

02 — Scope Development: Identify structural, MEP, and finish scope. Flag hidden condition risks and code upgrade requirements.

03 — Sub & Supplier Pricing: Solicit bids from qualified subs across all major trades. Verify pricing against current market conditions.

04 — Budget Development: Deliver open-book, line-item budget built from actual sub pricing, not rule-of thumb estimates.

05 — Value Engineering: Identify cost-savings or substitution opportunities without compromising design intent.

06 — Schedule & Permitting: Develop preliminary schedule. Coordinate permitting requirements with local jurisdiction.
